U-do-U Zone 2 Training Ride.

The U-do-U Training Ride is a great ride for riders of all levels. It is based on a widely known workout called “Zone 2 Training“. Among its many benefits, It’s purpose is to build endurance and eventually speed. If you want to do this ride by the book, you would use a heart rate monitor or a power meter to ride in either your Zone 2 Heart Rate, or your Zone 2 Power for 2 hours and 50 minutes.

Because everyone does not have the same Max Heart Rate or FTP (Functional Threshold Power) this is a Time based ride not a Distance based ride.  We ride for 1 hr. 25 minutes, take a 10 minute break and ride back. If done properly we all arrive back to the parking lot at the same time for some Post Ride Fellowship.

This is a straight out and back ride on a bike trail. You can not get lost.
