A beginner level ride with the Metro Atlanta Cycling Club at the Silver Comet Trail. 20-30 miles. The ride begins at the parking lot behind the Silver Comet Depot, 4342 Floyd Rd., Mableton, GA 30126.

Directions from Atlanta: Take I-20 west to Fulton Industrial Boulevard Exit (#49, near Six Flags) - exit to the right. Go North for .5 mile and turn left on Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive (GA139). Go about 7 miles (Martin Luther King Drive turns into Floyd Road after Highway 78, GA139 ends at the 78) and the Silver Comet Depot will be on your left just before you cross the Silver Comet Trail.
